Walkies…

According to The Times, each year the average dog owner clocks up more than 500 miles walking their pet – 7,415 miles in a dog’s lifetime. Cities are not usually considered the best places to own a dog but we are fortunate to have Clapham Common on our doorstep and plenty of green spaces nearby too: Tooting Common, Battersea Park, Streatham Common and Wandsworth Common are all within dog walking distance. Brockwell Park, Dulwich Park, Wimbledon Common and even Richmond Park aren’t too far either if you have a car and fancy a change of scene.

We have also compiled a list of Clapham dog-friendly pubs and cafés – many recommended by local dog owners and walkers.
