Some of the most exciting theatre can be found at innovative, small venues and we are lucky to have so many theatres in Clapham including the Omnibus Arts Centre (see below) which goes from strength to strength. Look out for the Clapham Fringe Festival  – an annual performing Arts Festival taking place at The Bread & Roses Theatre.

Southside Players

Southside Players is a non-professional theatre group, with over 30 years of experience and performing a wide range of productions at locations in Balham and Clapham. New members are always welcome and their are regular opportunities to audition – see their website for details.

A wonderful, small theatre venue exclusively showing productions aimed at children. Two theatres: one with shows for the under fives and the main theatre for those age 5+ and their families.  Highly recommended.

The Puppet Centre
