You can be sure of good
French food at Le Bouchon. On our last visit the
chateaubriand was very tender and succulent, and the sea
bass excellent. The tarte tatin and the chocolate
mousse were just terrific. A massive wine list focused
almost exclusively on French wine. Service a bit
sporadic however.
